Clinical Nurse & Registered Nurse – Permanent Full-Time

Location: Laidley, Queensland (40 Minutes from Toowoomba, 1 hour from Brisbane)
Salary: Up to $49 per hour + super + penalties (DOE)
Start Date: Flexible

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurses and also a Registered Nurse to join a medium sized aged care facility located in Laidley, Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment in a beautiful rural setting just over 1 hour from from Brisbane and 40 minutes from Toowoomba. Laidley is known for its picturesque landscapes and relaxed lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ vital signs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support residents and their families to ensure quality care and well-being.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered approach to aged care.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated clinical experience in aged care or similar settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
